MEET THE BAKER
Hi, I'm Laura!
I have always had a passion for baking; from making gingerbread snakes as a young child to now my slightly more sophisticated cakes and bakes!
I’ve had a varied career working as an Environmental Scientist and currently a primary school teacher. Baking allows me to use my creative and precise scientific brain at the same time: the perfect combination for baking!
My love of penguins always had to feature as part of my business name, hence ‘Little Blue’ and the cheeky little penguin that features in my logo.
